  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the issue occurrence.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services provided by Kyptronix LLP are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

  • Domain name registration fees
  • Third-party services or products procured on your behalf, such as web hosting, SSL certificates, plugins, or premium themes
  • Customizations or modifications made to the website based on your specific requirements, once the work has been initiated
  • Any work completed or services rendered by Kyptronix LLP, as agreed upon in the project scope or milestone documentation

Refundable Services

Refunds may be granted for the following scenarios:

  • If Kyptronix LLP fails to initiate the project within 7 business days from the agreed-upon start date due to internal reasons
  • If Kyptronix LLP fails to meet the project deliverables and milestones outlined in the project scope or agreement, and reasonable attempts to rectify the situation have failed

Refunds will be processed for the specific portion of the services that were not delivered or completed satisfactorily, as determined by Kyptronix LLP.

Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is received, Kyptronix LLP will review the request within 7 business days
  • If the refund request is approved, Kyptronix LLP will issue the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • In cases where partial services have been provided, the refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the services that were not delivered or completed satisfactorily

Communication and Dispute Resolution

  • If you have any concerns or questions regarding our refund policy, please contact us at info@kyptronix.com. We are committed to resolving any issues or disputes promptly and amicably
  • In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration to reach a mutually acceptable resolution

Kyptronix LLP reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective as of the date of its publication on our website.
